Job Description
Responsible for leading Agile teams in Salesforce implementation projects, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing blockers, managing sprint progress, and ensuring timely delivery of project goals. Requires strong Salesforce delivery experience, Agile/Scrum knowledge, and stakeholder-management skills.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, monitor sprint goals, and ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of Salesforce delivery experience, preferably with Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation, configuration, customization, integrations, and deployments.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies; SAFe experience is a plus.
- Experience tracking sprint metrics, velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, or Salesforce DevOps tools.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
Work Authorization: Only U.S. Citizens (USC) are eligible.
- Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master preferred.
Preferred Skills: Salesforce administration/configuration, release management, Agile delivery, and continuous improvement.
