About the opportunity
Our RPA Support Area (RPA COE)
The Automation and RPA area is responsible for developing, supporting, and evolving the automations that support the bank's processes, contributing to operational efficiency gains, risk reduction, and operational scalability. We partner with Business, Operations, and Technology areas to ensure the stability of automated solutions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Your activities as a CSixer
- Monitor and provide support for automations in the production environment, ensuring their availability and proper functioning;
- Track indicators and telemetry of automated processes, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities;
- Investigate RPA-related failures and incidents, supporting root cause analysis and solution implementation;
- Work together with Business and Backoffice areas in resolving doubts and occurrences involving automations;
- Participate in the validation and monitoring stages of the RPA development pipeline;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of automations, proposing actions to increase the performance, stability, and efficiency of processes.
Minimum requirements
Requirements and experience
- Completed or in-progress higher education in Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related areas;
- Knowledge of RPA and interest in process automation;
- Academic or professional experience with process automation;
- Good analytical skills and systemic vision for problem identification and resolution;
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with ease of interaction with different areas;
- Organized, proactive profile, with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Differentiators: Knowledge of the UiPath platform and familiarity with agile methodologies.
