Your Responsibilities
- Management and design of the integration architecture between Workday and over 50 HR-specific systems
- Responsibility for the system and integration architecture within the scope of the Workday rollout
- Coordination of relevant stakeholders and connected downstream systems such as ADP and ZEM

- Mastery of complex integration and interface architectures
- Experience with complex integration landscapes, ideally in a Workday environment
- Proven multi-year experience in international Workday and SAP rollout projects
- Proven multi-year experience with PeopleSoft templates, especially ePeople
- Experience in data migration from heterogeneous system landscapes, for example ePeople and Paisy
- Application of API and middleware technologies, especially REST and SOAP
- Coordination of various stakeholders in complex IT projects
- Excellent command of German and English
