What you'll bring
You're an experienced SAP IBP consultant who can autonomously lead supply planning engagements and guide customers through complex transformation.
Requisitos mínimos
- Deep expertise in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), covering solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live delivery. A minimum of 5 years is required.
- Strong ability to assess supply chain challenges, conduct feasibility studies, and translate business requirements into solution-aligned process designs.
- Proven track record of building trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders, and guiding them through change and implementation.
- Fluency in English is required for this role.
We also look for people who build trust naturally, communicate with clarity, keep the customer at the centre of what they do, and bring emotional intelligence and genuine problem-solving ability to the challenges they face.
In addition to the skills and experience specific to this role, all positions at SAP require candidates who are comfortable using AI tools — including agentic AI — in their day-to-day work, from crafting effective inputs and automating routine tasks, to evaluating AI-generated outputs for quality and fostering adoption of AI practices within their teams.
- Experience with SAP supply chain solutions such as MP&S, PP/DS, Production Planning, MRP, DDMRP, or TM/BN4L is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and integration technologies is welcome.
What you'll build
You'll lead SAP IBP supply planning engagements end to end — from solution design through post-deployment — helping customers improve the way they plan and respond.
- Design and configure SAP IBP supply planning solutions that address real business challenges.
- Translate business requirements into architecture reviews, solution assessments, and implementation blueprints.
- Deliver across the full project cycle: design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-deployment support.
- Provide expert guidance on complex projects and critical escalations.
- Contribute to presales demonstrations, service offerings, and knowledge sharing within the supply chain practice.
- Collaborate with international Delivery, Product, and Sales teams and SAP ecosystem partners to deliver customer outcomes and grow the supply chain business.
Where you belong
Join the Supply Chain Management Practice Unit within SAP Global Delivery, based in Lisbon. You'll work with international experts on customer transformation programmes, helping organisations improve supply planning and adopt SAP cloud and AI innovations. The team works across EMEA and beyond, engaging with customers and partners on complex, meaningful programmes. This role involves business travel — up to 80%, potentially around three days a week, depending on project needs.
