We are looking for a Senior Automation Engineer to join a strategic project focused on the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end automation solutions. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch for services, web applications, mobile, databases, and processes, ensuring the quality, scalability, and efficiency of technological solutions.
Main Responsibilities (Senior)
- Design and build automation frameworks from scratch in Java, with maintainable, reusable, and scalable code.
- Define architectures, standards, and best practices for Automation QA within the team.
- Automate end-to-end tests for:
- APIs (REST): Contract validation, integration, and end-to-end testing (Postman, RestAssured).
- Web applications: Using Selenium WebDriver (Java).
- Manage test data using complex SQL queries.
- Identify manual processes and prioritize automation opportunities based on impact.
- Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
- Define and monitor metrics such as coverage, flakiness, and execution times.
- Mentor Junior/Semi-Senior QAs and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Minimum requirements
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Proficiency in Java (required for both levels).
- Knowledge of Selenium WebDriver (Web) and Postman (APIs).
- Basic/intermediate SQL (queries for data preparation).
- Git (version control).
- Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Conversational English B1 (desirable).
