Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Lead Developer
JD Job Summary
AEM Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale digital experience solutions in commerce domain using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in AEM architecture, component development, integrations, and cloud-based deployments while providing technical leadership to development teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.

Minimum requirements
Mandatory Skills AEM Cloud Service, AEM DAM, Custom Workflows, Metadata Management, Apache Sling, OSGi, HTL (Sightly), and AEM Clientlibs. Frontend and Backend
Required Qualifications Experience
- 11+ years of hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development experience.
- 5+ years of technical leadership or team lead experience.
- Experience delivering enterprise CMS and digital experience platforms.
Technical Skills
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.x and AEM as a Cloud Service
- Java, J2EE
- Apache Sling, OSGi, JCR
- HTL (Sightly), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Vue JS
- AEM Sites, Assets, Workflows, MSM, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments
- REST APIs and Microservices Architecture
- Git, Maven, Cloud Manager
Preferred Qualifications
- Adobe Certified Professional or Expert certification in AEM Cloud.
- Experience with Vue Js, or Headless CMS architectures.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such AWS.
