Your Impact
As a Developer in the aiStudio (m/f/d), you will develop state-of-the-art AI applications with a focus on agentic AI – and support our clients in becoming AI-Native as well as solving complex requirements securely, scalably, and efficiently.
- Artificial Intelligence: With your know-how across the entire AI spectrum, you will develop AI-powered applications with a focus on Machine Learning, Generative AI, and agentic AI.
- Variety of Tasks: In your projects, you will accompany the entire development cycle – from requirements gathering and solution architecture through development and testing to productive operation.
- Technologies: You will work with AI and deployment environments of leading hyperscalers (AWS, Azure) and use AI coding assistants (AWS Kiro, Cursor, Claude Code) as well as platforms for code versioning and collaboration (GitLab, Azure DevOps).
- Expertise: You will apply your technical knowledge and analytical skills to solve complex challenges and develop innovative AI applications.
Minimum requirements
Your Skillset
- Degree in Computer Science, Programming, or a comparable technical field
- Experience in developing production-ready software (CI/CD, RBAC, InfoSec) as well as in developing software with embedded AI agents
- Knowledge of Python and JavaScript as well as in agentic frameworks (e.g., Strands, LangGraph, or comparable Agentic SDKs), harnesses (e.g., MCP, A2A, APIs), IDEs, and trace routers
- Winning attitude with entrepreneurial thinking, curiosity, and creativity, as well as a strong customer and team orientation
- German and English fluent in spoken and written
