YOUR ROLE
- Agentic Low Code: As an Agentic Low Code Developer, you will develop agentic business solutions for our clients' business units using Copilot Studio and the Power Platform – from intelligent apps and hyperautomation to multi-agent scenarios in the enterprise environment. You will combine low code, AI, and process automation into productive solutions and support the development of scalable governance structures.
- Agentic Low-Code Development with Copilot Studio: Using Copilot Studio, you will develop customized AI agents and copilots – including integration with Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and industry-specific data sources – and establish agentic low-code development processes as a living practice: from orchestrating multiple agents, through quality criteria and evaluation, to monitoring in production.
- Develop Intelligent Applications: You will conceptualize and develop business applications with Power Apps, consistently leveraging AI-powered features such as AI Builder and Copilot integration based on internal company data sources.
- Process Automation and Hyperautomation: You will design and implement intelligent workflows with Power Automate – from classic business processes and RPA to AI-powered automations that analyze, classify data, and prepare decisions.
- Architecture and Integration: You will design solution architectures that seamlessly connect Power Platform and Copilot Studio with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party systems.
- Consulting and Governance: You will conduct envisioning and discovery workshops, prioritize automation and agent candidates, and support the establishment of Center of Excellence structures and governance frameworks for the scalable and secure use of the Power Platform in the enterprise environment.
YOUR PROFILE
- Professional Experience: You have at least three years of experience in the Power Platform environment and technical consulting, with at least one year specifically focused on Microsoft Copilot Studio in production use.
- Solid Education: A degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field provides the theoretical foundation.
- Power Platform Experience: You possess in-depth knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Dataverse.
- Agentic and AI Competence: You are enthusiastic about Copilot Studio and the possibilities that agentic AI offers in low-code development, and you have interest or initial experience in orchestrating AI agents and multi-agent scenarios in the low-code environment.
- Integration and Architecture Competence: You have experience with connectors, APIs, and connecting Azure services or third-party systems, as well as the ability to design overarching solutions that meaningfully embed the Power Platform into existing IT landscapes.
- Consulting and AI Competence: You convince both business units and IT decision-makers, translate technical concepts into business language, and confidently use AI tools in your area of expertise – including critically evaluating results and enabling colleagues and clients.
- Language Skills: You have very good German and good English language skills.
