Job Description
- Development of robust Backend components for data-intensive AI applications – from API architecture to model integration
- Design and optimization of graph database solutions (e.g., Neo4j) for complex data relationships and high-performance queries
- Design, version, and operate RESTful APIs – as a stable bridge between Frontend, data sources, and AI services
- Bringing AI into application: integrate models, build inference pipelines, and lean data and analysis workflows
- Further develop our AI portfolio – contribute ideas, build prototypes, and jointly transfer them into delivery
- Consulting means flexibility: Your project assignment depends on our clients and your project situation – you will work throughout Germany in our offices, at the client's site, and from home
Qualifications
- Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, (Business) Mathematics, (Business) Engineering, or a comparable degree program
- Experience in Backend development with Python; knowledge of Ruby is a plus
- Sound knowledge of working with graph databases, ideally Neo4j
- Good understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and the integration of AI models into data-driven systems
- Structured, responsible, and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as team spirit and strong communication skills
- Curiosity and willingness to learn for your professional and personal development
- At least 3 years of solid project experience
- You have gained initial experience with AI tools, critically evaluate their results, and are willing to continuously develop your knowledge of new technologies
- Good German skills (from C1 level) and English skills
