Anaplan Solution Architect,
We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Senior Anaplan Model Builder to join our team. This professional will play an essential role in the design, development, and maintenance of scalable Anaplan models that support strategic planning and business decision-making. The position involves strong interaction with stakeholders from different areas, translating business needs into efficient solutions, and contributing to process evolution through best practices on the platform.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain complex Anaplan models to support business planning processes.
- Translate business requirements into sustainable, efficient, and high-performance solutions.
- Lead and mentor junior model builders, promoting best practices and standardization.
- Partner with stakeholders and functional leaders to understand demands and generate relevant insights.
- Develop intuitive, user-oriented dashboards and reports.
- Manage data integrations between Anaplan and other corporate systems (ERP, CRM, BI, among others).
- Identify and resolve model performance issues, ensuring continuous optimization.
- Participate in governance routines, ensuring adequate documentation and change control.
- Stay updated on Anaplan platform evolutions and propose process improvements.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
- More than 5 years of hands-on experience in Anaplan modeling, with certification as Certified Anaplan Solution Architect (Master Anaplanner is a plus).
- Solid knowledge of Anaplan best practices, including the DISCO methodology and model architecture.
- Proven experience in building and optimizing large-scale models in complex environments.
- Experience with planning processes, such as financial, sales, demand, or workforce planning.
- Experience with data integration (Anaplan Connect, CloudWorks, Informatica, MuleSoft, among others); knowledge of Python and Databricks is considered a plus.
- Advanced Excel and strong data manipulation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.

- Advanced certifications (Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner).
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of other EPM tools (Pigment, Hyperion, SAP BPC, Adaptive Insights).
- Experience in the CPG, FMCG, or beverage sectors.
