RESPONSIBILITIES
- You take on application responsibility for Dynamics 365 CRM, the liability app, and connected portals such as Sana eOne, including administration, support, error analysis, and troubleshooting
- You collect requirements from internal departments as well as business and cooperation partners, analyze and prioritize them, and create solution concepts and specifications from them
- You further develop Dynamics 365 and Dataverse via customizing, implement solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate, and actively drive AI-based applications with Copilot Studio
- You coordinate upgrades, releases, and deployments within the team, perform tests, document them, and support acceptance procedures
- You lead CRM and portal projects and manage internal and external implementation partners with a focus on deadlines, effort, quality, and risks
- You create documentation and train internal users as well as business and cooperation partners on our applications
QUALIFICATIONS
- You have a completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification and several years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales or Customer Engagement) in application management
- You possess sound knowledge in customizing, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate as well as in handling environments, solutions, roles, and permissions
- You have experience in requirements analysis, process design, release management, testing, and technical documentation
- You bring experience in IT project management, service provider management, and agile methods such as Scrum and work confidently with Azure DevOps or Jira
- You understand technical extensions with JavaScript, SQL and web technologies, have already worked with AI solutions or have dealt with them intensively, and coordinate confidently with developers
- You work independently, in a structured and service-oriented manner, and convey technical content in an understandable way for different target groups
