Job Description
- You develop software solutions, especially with Python and Java, and actively contribute your own ideas.
- In client projects, you independently integrate AI applications into existing systems.
- You analyze and continuously optimize demanding applications.
- Together with your team, you design innovative applications.
- As a competent point of contact, you advise our clients at eye level and help shape the projects.
- You continuously develop personally and professionally within your team.
- You develop AI-powered solution approaches and automations, critically evaluate their added value and application limits, and derive concrete impulses for further developing existing processes and establishing new ones.
- Consulting means flexibility: Your project assignment depends on our clients and your project situation – you work throughout Germany in our offices, on-site with the client, and from home.
Qualifications
- You have a completed degree in (Business) (Media) Informatics or Mathematics.
- At least 5 years of project experience in software development after graduation characterize you.
- Experience in web development with Java, Spring Boot, and REST services is natural for you, ideally complemented by experience with Frontend technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.
- You have gained practical experience in software development with Python.
- Clean Code is more than a buzzword for you; you take responsibility for the quality of your work.
- You have experience in the field of CI/CD and have successfully supported various projects in this environment.
- You actively and reflectively use AI tools in your work, support the further development of digital processes, and prepare insights from data, trends, and use cases in an understandable way for projects and teams.
- Very good German skills (from C1 level) and English skills complete your profile.
- Project experience in the public sector or financial services is an advantage.
