Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, evolution, and operation of high-scale applications and platforms, focusing on microservices architecture;
- Define and apply architectural patterns (such as Hexagonal and Reactive Architecture), ensuring high availability, low latency, resilience, and maintainability of systems;
- Actively collaborate with Product Owners, Architecture, and global/local cross-functional teams to translate business and regulatory requirements into viable technical solutions;
- Lead the technical execution and delivery lifecycle in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban), managing priorities, technical risks, and alignment with governance and audit;
- Promote a culture of technical excellence and DevSecOps, ensuring code quality through code reviews, test automation, security vulnerability remediation, and clean code practices;
- Ensure continuous system observability (metrics, logs, and tracing) for rapid anomaly detection and performance/SLA optimization of APIs and services.
Required Qualifications
- Completed higher education in technology-related fields;
- Advanced or fluent English (mandatory for alignment with global teams and standards);
- Solid experience in Backend software development with Java (Spring Boot / Reactive Stack);
- Experience with Hexagonal Architecture, Reactive Programming, and Microservices;
- Practical experience in Cloud environments (Google Cloud Platform - GCP and/or AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes / GKE);
- Knowledge of Information Security best practices (OAuth2, vulnerability management, and DevSecOps);
- Practical experience with Observability and Monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Datadog, OpenTelemetry);
- Proven ability in technical leadership, mentoring developers, and facilitating complex problem-solving.
