We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team (Hybrid – Porto).

What you'll do
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Rating and LGD applications used in counterparty rating and LGD calculation;
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and support the evolution of business-critical applications;
- Design, document, and maintain business and system processes;
- Define, prepare, and execute functional test cases to ensure solution quality;
- Provide first-line support to business users and assist in issue resolution;
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business teams to ensure successful project delivery;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment using the Scrum framework;
- Apply best practices in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
Minimum requirements
What you will need to bring
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field;
- Professional or academic knowledge of Economics, Finance, Risk Management, or Banking (mandatory);
- Experience as an IT Business Analyst or participation in IT projects within Financial Institutions (mandatory);
- Experience gathering business requirements, writing functional specifications, and supporting testing activities;
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum;
- Autonomous, proactive, and well-organized, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
- Client-oriented mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Fluent English (mandatory);
- SQL knowledge (nice to have);
- French (nice to have).
