About the opportunity
Business Analyst for Process Orchestration with Camunda 8 in the global Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) division of Santander.
As a CAMUNDA Business Analyst, you will:
- Discuss financial instruments and their management process flows with business areas.
- Communicate with stakeholders, such as users, sponsors, project teams, and the development team.
- Refine epics and user stories with the Product Owner and the team.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Write and update documentation in Confluence, as well as prepare and deliver presentations of new features.

- Develop and execute the product roadmap.
- Translate product roadmap features into well-defined requirements, including functionalities, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support the Product Owner in prioritizing and maintaining the Sprint backlog for the products under your responsibility, balancing stakeholder requirements.

Minimum requirements
Required Skills
- 4 years of experience in similar roles and technologies.
- Knowledge of financial instruments.
- Organizational skills, efficient communication, and time management.
- English level C1.
- Spanish for conversation.
- Experience working in Agile teams, using agile methodologies (SCRUM) and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience with Camunda 8 or another BPMN process orchestrator.
- Experience with Elasticsearch and Kibana.
- Experience with data analysis in JSON and XML.
- Experience in defining acceptance criteria.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
