We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who will design, scale, and maintain our development and testing infrastructure. In this role, you won’t just manage cloud pipelines - you will build the bridge between modern CI/CD automation, firmware development, Software-in-the-Loop (SIL), and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test benches across our global R&D teams.

Your mission will be…
- Bridge Cloud and Hardware: Design and manage automated CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/GitHub) that interface directly with real hardware, embedded targets, and HIL/SIL test benches.
- Automate Build & Release: Build, customize, and maintain containerized build environments, cross-compilation toolchains, and firmware release pipelines.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Automate test bench setup, runner orchestration (self-hosted runners, lab automation), and lab environments using modern IaC and configuration management practices.
- Quality & Security Gates: Integrate automated testing (smoke tests, SIL, HIL), static code analysis (SAST), compliance, and security checks directly into the pipelines.
- Global Collaboration: Work closely with firmware, software, and test engineers worldwide to establish best practices, streamline developer workflows, and eliminate bottlenecks.
Minimum requirements
We are looking for someone with…
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or comparable practical experience.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Proven experience (3+ years) designing robust CI/CD pipelines in GitLab CI or GitHub Actions, including self-hosted runners and automated deployment workflows.
- Embedded & Hardware Affinity: Experience working with (Embedded) Linux environments; familiarity with embedded build systems (e.g., Yocto, CMake, Make) and flashing/testing on target hardware is a strong plus.
- Scripting & Automation: Strong programming skills in Python and Shell/Bash; familiarity with package/artifact management (e.g., Artifactory) and containerization (Docker).
- Test Automation Context: Familiarity with Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) or Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) setups and how to trigger/orchestrate hardware tests via CI pipelines.
- Mindset & Collaboration: Pragmatic problem-solver who enjoys working across multidisciplinary teams (Firmware, Test, Cloud, QA). Excellent communication skills in English.
