What awaits you
- You will manage our sales system (CRM) in the cloud and support its reliable operation
- You will accompany deployments of updates and participate in automating recurring tasks
- You will ensure that the CRM system and its interfaces function reliably
- You will analyze disruptions and assist in their resolution; you will implement minor bug fixes yourself if necessary
- You will be involved in the further development and monitoring of our applications
- Together with business analysts, you will work on development, testing, and good release planning
- You will contribute your own ideas and actively shape our IT landscape
What you bring with you
- A dedicated, independent way of working and the enjoyment of familiarizing yourself with new topics
- Service orientation and clear, team-oriented communication
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Initial experience with Azure, Jira, and GitHub
- Interest in IT operations, error analysis, and the further development of applications
- A completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, knowledge of C# and initial experience with CRM systems
