Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the technical development of proxinoâour AI-based solution for automating construction processesâworking directly with our founder
- Develop features and user experiences with a user-centric approach, based on real customer feedback
- Train and improve our AI modules, particularly in the areas of knowledge systems and LLMs
- Take ownership of the MVP code, with a focus on stability, performance, and security
- Medium-term: Build and lead a small, dynamic tech team to scale our solution
Your Profile
Must-haves
- Very good knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript
- Good knowledge of Python
- Proficiency in Git
- Experience in further developing existing codebases
- Pragmatism: You deliver working software, not theory
- German language skills at least at the C1 level (for team and customer communication)
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of NestJS and Next.js / React
- Experience with AI/LLM systems or data-driven applications
