What it's like to be a Software Engineer Pleno
The contribution capacity of a SWE II is to deliver value by directly participating in technical refinement, being able to work on problems with open or poorly defined scope, contributing to technical decisions and being part of the solution creation process. The Engineering role is to develop solutions that generate a positive impact on customers' lives, transforming market ideas and needs into tangible value through software products. In addition to ensuring the execution of initiatives that directly or indirectly impact Brazilian entrepreneurs and the market.
We expect a professional who
- Works on problems with open or poorly defined scope;
- Has autonomy in their day-to-day and no longer needs supervision to make decisions about solution details;
- Works mainly with their direct team and with cross-functional area teams, aiming for collaboration among all involved in their project;
- Collaborates with Android, iOS, and React Native teams in integrating KMP modules to their respective native platforms;
- Builds interfaces with Compose Multiplatform, understanding the boundaries between shared UI and platform-specifics;
- Contributes to architecture decisions, development patterns, and tool improvements within the mobile team;
- Is part of the solution creation process;
- Participates in code reviews and supports the technical growth of more junior engineers.
What we expect from you
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in mobile software development (Android or iOS);
- Proficiency in mobile architecture patterns (MVVM);
- Hands-on experience with data structures (lists, mappers, hashmaps) and writing testable code (unit and integration tests);
- Experience in system integration (REST APIs, networking, and local data persistence);

- Previous experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and/or Compose Multiplatform (CMP) in a production environment;
