Responsibilities
- Develop solution designs that can be implemented by the development team, ensuring their scalability, sustainability, maintainability, and security, considering authentication, authorization, sensitive data protection, and vulnerability mitigation.
- Comply with the architectural processes and standards defined within the organization, collaborating with specialist architects in their definition, to design quality software adhering to industry best practices.
- Keep the technical solution documented and updated, in line with software evolution, to facilitate its maintenance.
- Support and develop less experienced Development Solutions Architects to improve their technical skills, benefiting the team with greater productivity, as well as the entire organization as a whole.
- Assist in prioritizing epics at both the business and group levels, to provide clarity to the team on technical requirements and dependencies for more realistic planning.
- Collaborate in the design of cloud-based technological infrastructure that meets the requested requirements for the expected business growth.
- Ensure the cybersecurity guidelines established by BanCoppel, always seeking to guarantee assets.
- Research and propose tools that facilitate architectural design, complement auxiliary functions to the architecture, or serve for integrations at the technological level or with other layers of the enterprise architecture (processes, data, infrastructure), to continuously improve the architectures defined by the organization.

Requirements
- 2 years as Sr. Programmer, or 2 years as Technical Lead, and/or 2 years as Software Architect or Systems Architect.
- Knowledge of CASE tools, programming languages, database management systems, continuous value delivery (DevOps, CI/CD), agile methodologies, creation of diagrams and object-oriented design models with UML, and broad knowledge of design patterns.
- Mandatory: Scrum, SAFe, or any other agile methodology.
Education
- Engineering in IT, Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Desirable: TOGAF, AZ-300, AZ-204, GCP, Java 8 or higher.
