What will you do in this role?
- Lead omnichannel, back-office, and OMS technology projects, aligned with business needs and the customer experience.
- Design, integrate, and optimize technology solutions with SAP, OMS, e-commerce, CRM, POS, inventory, and payment methods.
- Coordinate implementations and testing with development teams and vendors, ensuring compliance with requirements, SLAs, and deliverables.
- Monitor the migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring the continuity of Finance, Inventory, Logistics, and Purchasing processes.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in technology, back-office, and omnichannel projects, including SAP ECC/S/4HANA and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of OMS/WMS, ERP/SAP, APIs, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Jira, and ServiceNow.
- Advanced English is required.
