About the Role
As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work directly with our clients, integrating the HUB into their IT reality. You will combine technical expertise with experience from sales and customer success. You will help our clients grow: from the initial use case to the company-wide deployment of AI. You will have significant creative freedom and shape how we set up client projects.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyze client processes and data with them, deriving AI use cases with measurable benefits.
- Support the sales process technically, convincing decision-makers with demos and prototypes on the HUB.
- Build AI agents, AI apps, and workflows using API and SDK that run productively at the client's site.
- Integrate the HUB into the client's existing systems, ensuring governance and traceability from the outset.
- Develop existing clients further: identify new application areas and transform pilots into solutions for the entire company.
- Provide structured feedback from client engagements to Product and Development.
- Establish reusable methodologies for client projects and share them within the team.
Your Profile
- Several years of experience as an engineer in client-facing roles, for example, as a Solutions Engineer or Forward Deployed Engineer.
- Experience in sales and customer success: you conduct client conversations at eye level and think in terms of customer benefits.
- Hands-on experience in developing and integrating software in enterprise environments, with APIs and established system landscapes.
- Solid understanding of generative AI, AI agents, and model strategies.
- Very good German and good English, both written and spoken.

- Experience with governance and compliance requirements for AI, for example, from the EU AI Act.
- Willingness to travel for on-site client engagements.
