What will your routine be like working with us?
- Communicate with all business areas, understand the projects and necessary improvements, and how they can work together.
- Gather business needs and translate them into clear, prioritized, and validated functional requirements for providers.
- Define functional solutions and oversee the providers responsible for technical configuration, development, and implementation. This includes scope, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
- Test the tools and support functional testing, integration validation, and release deployment with users, technology, and providers.
- Contribute to the platform roadmap and backlog, incorporating business priorities, operational feedback, and standardization opportunities.
- Provide functional support for solutions, participate in incident analysis, and keep stakeholders updated until resolution.
- Lead meetings with business areas and communicate with software providers.
- Generate and maintain functional and technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials. Support users in changes and solution adoption.
Requirements to participate in the process
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Biology, Biotechnology, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields.
- Previous experience in business analysis, functional solution design, digital platforms, technology projects, or system implementation.
- Experience in testing, implementation, user adoption, and post-go-live support.
- Intermediate English.
- Experience with documentation.
