Role Objective
Solve complex business problems by independently applying the right technology. Work directly with business leaders to analyze processes, identify root causes, and design, build, and deploy solutions (software, APIs, data, AI, and automation) with high measurable impact and technological autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- Discovery and Analysis: Collaborate with users to define real business problems (not just execute requirements), identify root causes, and establish success metrics.
- End-to-End Solutions: Lead the entire solution lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment, adoption, and measurement) using software, APIs, data, and integrations.
- AI and Intelligent Automation: Design and implement AI-driven flows, agents, and automations (LLM, RPA, or deterministic software) based on the value they generate.
- Rapid Prototyping and Production: Build MVPs to quickly validate hypotheses and take technical responsibility for performance, monitoring, and production issue resolution.
- Impact and Management: Communicate technical decisions to non-technical audiences, measure real impact (efficiency, cost reduction, revenue), and mentor junior engineers (IC2).
Experience Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Software Engineering, Data, Automation, or similar roles.
- Proven experience taking independent projects from discovery to production.
- Track record of working directly with business areas and achieving measurable impact through technology.
- Proficiency in Python (or another modern language), SQL, databases, design and integration of REST APIs, software engineering fundamentals (testing, debugging, modularity, version control), and deploying solutions in the cloud.
- Knowledge in AI/LLMs, intelligent agents, automation (RPA), data pipelines (ETL/ELT), CI/CD, containerization, and Business Intelligence, along with a high capacity to learn new technologies quickly.
