We are currently seeking a Java Backend Developer:
Currently, we are collaborating with a leading consulting firm in Mexico, comprised of experts with over 30 years of experience in federal public administration and the automotive and mobility sector. This organization stands out for its multidisciplinary capacity to manage strategic projects of high impact and strict confidentiality, ranging from the development of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and advanced IT solutions to road safety, human resources management, and top-tier legal and regulatory advisory.
The Challenge (Responsibilities)
- Develop and maintain the system's operational core, business logic, and data persistence.
- Establish and manage communication with external services through the development of SOAP and REST web services for system integration.
- Integrate institutional systems for the secure consumption and transmission of information.
- Develop specific modules for patient management and psychological follow-up.
- Administer and program modules for training and course platforms.
- Develop modules focused on the parameterization of psychometric tests and the generation of structured reports.
Your Profile (Requirements)
- Bachelor's degree, Engineering, or related field in Information Technology.
- More than 3 years of proven experience in enterprise application development.
- Solid knowledge and proficiency in backend programming using Java 17/21 and the Spring Boot 3 framework.
- Advanced proficiency in the SQL language for managing and handling relational databases.
- High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery.
- Technological DNA: Deep understanding of the difference between programming and engineering.
Languages
- Technical English: Ability to read and understand technical documentation and specifications.
- Native Spanish.

- Academic Background: Bachelor's degree, Engineering, or related field in Information Technology.
- More than 3 years of experience in enterprise application development.
- Solid knowledge in backend programming languages: Java 17/21 and Spring Boot 3.

- Previous experience working with business logic in the healthcare (patients) or e-learning (training) sectors.
