Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-driven **agentic SDLC workflows**, focusing on the post-delivery phase: automated regression, maintenance, and production validation.
- Develop and maintain **AI agents** for functional, regression, and performance testing automation in iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) applications.
- Act as a technical reference for **observability and reliability** of native applications — proactive monitoring, alerts, and AI-supported incident response.
- Create agentic flows to accelerate cycles of **bug triage, root cause analysis, and fix validation** in production.
- Define and evolve the **automated testing strategy** for native mobile, integrating AI tools into the CI/CD (GitHub Actions) pipeline.
- Maximize the use of **GitHub Copilot and Claude Code** as team productivity amplifiers, including agentic use for test generation, review, and validation.
- Collaborate with development and product squads to ensure that what leaves DEV reaches production with quality and can be maintained with speed.
- Ensure automation flows comply with **security and compliance requirements**.
- Document and share best practices for **AI-augmented reliability engineering** within the organization.
Requirements
Mobile & Platform
- Solid experience with native platforms **iOS (Swift)** and **Android (Kotlin)** — could be as a developer, but also as a quality, platform, or reliability engineer.
- Knowledge of mobile automation frameworks: **XCTest/XCUITest, Espresso, Appium**, or similar.
- Familiarity with mobile app instrumentation and observability (crashes, traces, logs, performance metrics).
Agentic SDLC & AI
- Hands-on experience in building **agents or automation flows with LLMs** applied to the software development lifecycle.
- Advanced use of **GitHub Copilot** and **Claude Code** (or equivalent tools) as part of the engineering workflow — including in agentic mode.
- Knowledge of agentic frameworks like **BMAD, Spec-Kit LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen**, or similar.
- Ability to integrate AI into CI/CD pipelines for test automation, triage, and validation.
Reliability Engineering (SRE/Platform)
- Experience in **SRE** practices: SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, on-call, post-mortems.
- Proficiency in observability tools: **Datadog, Firebase Crashlytics, Grafana, Sentry**, or equivalents.
- Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines using **GitHub Actions** and **Fastlane**.
Culture & Soft Skills
- **Product engineering mindset**: understands business pain points, not just technical solutions.
- Able to work autonomously in a remote and distributed environment.
- Clear communication to translate technical problems into business impact.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a **banking environment**.
- Experience with **fine-tuning or prompt engineering** applied to QA and maintenance use cases.
- Contributions to open-source projects related to mobile or AI automation.
