Responsible for developing the necessary integrations for the SuperApp redesign, using AI agents, ensuring the seniority of the delivery of demands under your responsibility.
Requirements and Responsibilities
- Agentic development with AI: Essential knowledge in Artificial Intelligence and development of agents for process optimization in the development flow;
- Proficiency in Spec-Driven Development (SDD);
- Knowledge in Claude Code, Skills, and MCPs;
- Participation in agile ceremonies;
- Participation in the deployment and RDM process;
- Ensure code quality, unit tests;
- Code review;
- DevOps and Project Management Tools: Use and integration of tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, Jira;
- Good communication and ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams;
- Autonomy to solve problems and adapt quickly to new challenges;
- Resilience and adaptability in adverse scenarios.
Knowledge
- Multi-Repo: Experience in development environments with multiple repositories (Multi-Repo);
- Solid experience in Backend development in Java;
- AWS Cloud (EKS, SQS, S3);
- Microservices development (BFF)
- Knowledge in Mobile development (Android or iOS) is a plus;
