We are looking for people located in Brazil to work as Scrum Master and act in a project in the financial sector.

Responsibilities
- Work with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the use of best practices and tools according to the agile framework (Scrum or Kanban);
- Facilitate Daily Meeting, retrospective, planning, and Scrum review sessions;
- Measure productivity, quality, and business impact metrics of the product;
- Daily monitor activities with the development/engineering and product team, ensuring the management of the agreed backlog and roadmap, as well as possible negotiations with the client;
- Propose process improvements and establish interactions between teams;
- Encourage the pursuit of efficiency in the teams;
- Monitor agile metrics for continuous evolution;
- Foster the sustainability and evolution of the agile mindset;
- Ensure that each ceremony fulfills its purpose and established timebox.
- Risk and roadmap management;
- Problem management and continuous improvement, focusing on the quality of delivery to the client.
- Enthusiastic and open to using Generative AI in daily work, encouraging the team towards progressive improvements with adoption;
Requirements for this challenge
- Use of data and metrics to ensure delivery value (mention the metrics used).
- Have knowledge of upstream and downstream.
- Project management methodologies.
- Experience in scope and roadmap management, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
- Experience with discovery.
- Have good communication skills as you will work very closely with the client.
- Experience in digital product development.
- Having worked with Salesforce teams and/or knowing CRMs and workflow tools is a big PLUS.
