Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM/ITBM) modules.
- Act in the continuous evolution and support of global processes implemented on the platform.
- Develop scripts in JavaScript to meet business requirements, fixes, automations, and improvements.
- Perform configurations and customizations of ACLs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and other platform components.
- Support the administration and maintenance of the CMDB, ensuring data integrity and adherence to best practices.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows using Flow Designer and Workflows.
- Participate in the modeling and evolution of the platform's Data Model, ensuring scalability and governance.
- Contribute to the implementation and support of the Demand Management, Project Management, Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and Financial Management modules.
- Act in the development and evolution of ServiceNow platform Portals and interfaces.
- Perform analysis, identification, and resolution of problems related to application performance, stability, and quality.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Junior ServiceNow Developer.
- Knowledge in ServiceNow platform development and customization.
- Experience with JavaScript applied to ServiceNow development.
- Knowledge of ACLs (Access Control Lists).
- Knowledge of CMDB concepts and configuration management.
- Experience with Flow Designer and Workflows.
- Knowledge of data modeling (Data Model).
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills for identifying and correcting incidents and problems.
- Knowledge or experience in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM/ITBM) modules.
- Experience with Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource, and Financial Management processes.
- Experience in developing solutions and customizations on the ServiceNow platform.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Agile and Scrum.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and global stakeholders.
