Your Mission
- You conceptualize, develop, and are responsible for complex cloud-native software solutions based on current technologies and frameworks, identifying and considering potential applications for AI/GenAI. You connect software architecture with a stable platform.
- You advise clients on the introduction of cloud technologies, specifically Google Cloud, according to customer-specific requirements.
- You advise clients on the architecture, design, and implementation of their applications.
- You conceptualize and develop complex cloud-native solutions with regard to reliability, security, performance, and cost (e.g., with Spring Boot, Quarkus, Kafka, Kubernetes).
- You strategically utilize cloud services (such as GKE, Cloud Run, or Dataflow) and integrate them cleanly into your architecture.
- You are responsible for the technical leadership of international cloud engineering teams and/or development teams in the context of client projects.
- You support pre-sales and sales activities in the cloud-native area.
- You conduct feasibility studies and innovation projects, driving the advancement of our service portfolio.
- You work closely with other national and international NTT DATA teams.
Your Skillset
- You are strong in software solutions and understand the underlying platform.
- You have several years of experience in developing modern software (e.g., Java, Spring Boot, Quarkus).
- You design and build microservices architectures in the cloud.
- You possess extensive knowledge of Google's cloud ecosystem, which you have demonstrated in hands-on projects.
- You have several years of experience in the production use of container platforms and serverless technologies (e.g., GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Run Functions, DataFlow, Workflows, etc.).
- You have comprehensive knowledge in implementing cloud-native tools for Continuous Integration & Delivery, Observability, and Security (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins, Prometheus, Grafana, or Trivy).
- You bring experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching teams.
- Your practical experience and strong methodological competence in developing IT architectures enable you to professionally present experiences and recommendations to decision-makers and larger audiences.
- You have knowledge of current technology trends and an understanding of upcoming developments in the cloud sector.
- You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification, possess strong communication skills, and have very good German and English language proficiency.
- Ideally, you hold a cloud certification (e.g., Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect).
