Your Mission
- You will conceptualize, develop, and be responsible for cloud-native and AI-based software solutions that support future-proof retail, logistics, and consumer goods processes – from the store to the supply chain
- You will ensure integration into existing IT and POS infrastructures, considering industry-specific requirements such as real-time availability, scalability, and data privacy
- You will assume technical responsibility for development teams and guide our clients throughout the entire software lifecycle – from strategy to rollout
- You will support pre-sales activities and contribute your industry expertise in retail, food, and consumer goods IT to bid processes
- You will actively shape technological advancements, share your knowledge within communities, and drive innovation in retail architectures
Your Skillset
- You have a completed IT degree or a comparable qualification, along with experience in retail, FMCG, or food projects focusing on IT architecture or software development
- You develop cloud and microservice architectures that enable real-time data, omnichannel processes, and scalable platforms for customer interactions
- You are familiar with industry-specific architectural standards and frameworks (e.g., MACH, TOGAF, ITIL) and can apply them to retail/supply chain scenarios
- You have experience integrating systems such as ERP, CRM, POS, or eCommerce platforms and know how to efficiently orchestrate data flows
- You are proficient in DevOps and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and communicate confidently in German and English, including in international client contexts
