We are looking for a Mid-Level RPA Developer to work on the development, support, and evolution of process automation solutions, contributing to operational efficiency and continuous improvement of business areas.
We are looking for a professional with experience in Power Automate and Automation Anywhere, knowledge of integrations and APIs, as well as the ability to identify automation opportunities and transform business needs into efficient, secure, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and evolve automations using Power Automate (Cloud Flows and Desktop) and Automation Anywhere (A360).
- Provide support for automations in production, including monitoring, analysis, and incident handling, corrections, and improvements, while respecting agreed-upon SLAs.
- Gather requirements from business areas and map processes, identifying automation opportunities.
- Develop integrations with APIs, connectors, and tools such as SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel, and email.
- Manage tickets and support requests through ITSM tools.
- Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation, such as PDD, SDD, and runbooks.
- Perform testing, identify bugs, and apply development best practices to ensure solution quality.
- Support the transition of projects to support and propose continuous improvements in automated processes.
Minimum requirements
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience with Power Automate, including Cloud Flows and Power Automate Desktop.
- Practical experience with Automation Anywhere A360.
- Experience in application and automation support (AMS).
- Experience with ticket management in ITSM tools, such as Movidesk, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
- Knowledge of integrations, APIs, connectors, and Microsoft ecosystem tools, such as SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel, and email.
- Good communication skills for interacting with users and business areas.
- Autonomy in managing demands, organization, and focus on problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of generative Artificial Intelligence applied to process automation.
- Notions of DevOps and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration.
- Notions of security in solution development (DevSecOps).
- Experience with OCR and digitized document automation.
- Certifications in RPA tools.
