🎯 What are we looking for?
- 5 or more years of experience in mobile application development, specifically in Android and/or iOS environments.
- Possess at least 2 certifications related to mobile application development.
- 2 or more years of experience in similar roles, such as Technical Lead, Tech Lead, Development Manager, or equivalent position.
- 2 or more years of experience managing personnel and development teams.
- Knowledge and experience in at least one Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or other).
- Experience participating in software development projects.
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices and quality testing.
- Ability to analyze requirements and transform them into technological solutions.
- Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Informatics, Software, Information Technology, or a related field.
🛠 Main responsibilities
- Manage and lead the Mobile Development team.
- Coordinate the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of mobile applications.
- Oversee development projects for Android and iOS platforms.
- Ensure that developed solutions meet business requirements and needs.
- Define and promote software engineering best practices.
- Participate in the analysis and design of new solutions and technological projects.
- Supervise the quality, functionality, and performance of applications.
- Track progress, priorities, deliverables, and team objective achievement.
- Manage and develop the technical talent under your responsibility.
- Document and keep specific areas of software applications updated.
- Participate in quality testing and incident resolution processes.
- Work in coordination with Product, UX/UI, QA, Backend, DevOps, and other Technology areas.
- Implement and track agile work methodologies.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, tools, and technological solutions.
