Job Description
- As the technical point of contact, you will guide all matters related to PEGA and support the coordination between business and technical requirements.
- Further development of existing applications and workflows is part of your daily routine, as is identifying optimization potential in processes and system solutions.
- In close collaboration with business departments, architects, and project teams, you will drive solutions forward and ensure sustainable integration.
- Additionally, you will support testing, quality assurance measures, and documentation to ensure high solution quality.
- You will develop AI-powered solution approaches and automations, critically evaluate their added value and limitations, and derive concrete impulses for further developing existing processes and establishing new ones.
- Consulting means flexibility: Your project assignments will depend on clients and project situations – throughout Germany, in our offices, on-site at the client's location, and remotely from home.
Qualifications
- A completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification forms your foundation.
- You already have several years of experience in development with the PEGA platform, e.g., as a PEGA System Architect, Developer, or Business Architect, and can confidently apply this in projects.
- Knowledge in business analysis and requirements management will help you to systematically capture business needs and translate them into sustainable solutions.
- Experience in implementing workflow and process automation solutions, as well as in introducing or further developing platform solutions in complex IT environments, rounds off your technical profile.
- A good understanding of business processes and their digitalization characterizes you and supports you in developing efficient solutions.
- Your working style is structured, analytical, and solution-oriented, combined with strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration with various stakeholders.
- You have gained initial experience with AI tools, critically assess their results, and are eager to continuously expand your knowledge of new technologies.
- Very good German skills (at least C1 level) and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
- Ideally, you have a PEGA certification and initial experience or certifications in project management.
