Your tasks – what you'll achieve with us
- You will continuously develop our Internal Developer Platform and specifically improve the Developer Experience through standardized services, clear Golden Paths, and self-service offerings.
- You will automate our processes with CI/CD pipelines (Continuous Integration & Delivery) and ensure fast, stable, and reproducible deployments.
- You will create self-service options for developers, e.g., via APIs, templates, and platform services, so that teams can work independently and efficiently.
- You will design, implement, and operate cloud-native platforms based on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes, and Docker.
- You will consistently use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and tools like Terraform and Ansible to create scalable and versionable infrastructures.
- You will monitor performance, analyze errors, and continuously optimize through monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
- You will support and optimize deployments in cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.
- You will develop and embed DevSecOps principles and implement security standards and compliance requirements from the outset.
- You will work in agile, cross-functional teams and use methods like Scrum and Kanban to create added value together.
Features that define you
- Experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, SRE, or Cloud Engineer
- Proficient in:
- Kubernetes, Docker, containerization
- CI/CD (GitLab CI, Deployment Automation)
- Experience with:
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
- GitOps mechanisms (ArgoCD, Fleet, FluxCD)
- Monitoring & Observability
- Cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, or other providers)
- Programming skills (e.g., Python, Go, Java, JavaScript)
- Interest in:
- Developer Experience, Developer Tooling
- DevSecOps & Cloud Security
- New technologies like AI in the platform environment
