About the opportunity
Role: QA/Developer
The Santander CIB Funding Hub IT team is looking for a talented, detail-oriented QA/Developer with strong analytical skills to work on both our main web application and reporting tool.
This is a hybrid role between Quality Assurance (QA) and Development, essential for ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous evolution of our digital products.

Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and execute automated and manual tests for web applications and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into effective testing strategies.
- Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring their resolution within the deadline.
- Contribute to the development of new features and improvements for the platforms.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks and scripts (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar).
- Perform regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data presented in reports.
- Participate in code reviews, providing feedback aligned with best quality practices.
- Maintain updated documentation on QA processes, test cases, and development activities.

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in both software development and QA for web applications.
- Proficiency in Python and Java.
- Experience with test automation tools.
- Familiarity with Power BI and data/results validation.
- Solid understanding of web technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication in English (minimum B2).
