WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a Semi Senior QA with experience in manual and automated testing, and knowledge of the banking sector, particularly interbank transfer flows. The person will evaluate software quality with functional and non-functional tests, and automate tests in frontend, backend, and integration flows. They will also apply international testing practices throughout the software lifecycle and help build quality metrics, such as defect tracking and test coverage.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in team agile practice events.
- Actively contribute to defining acceptance criteria for user stories.
- Design test strategies and plans based on user stories, in BDD format.
- Design and execute functional and non-functional test cases, with an emphasis on interbank transfer flows.
- Execute regression tests that ensure the stability of existing functionalities.
- Manage defects and prepare the required documentation for test closure.
- Identify and manage quality risks, and define flows suitable for automation.
- Manage automated flows and implement test automation in frontend (web and mobile) and backend (services), including integration flows.
- Design and automate unit and load tests.
- Create performance and security test scripts, and interpret performance results.
- Monitor production and non-production application environments.
REQUIREMENTS
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Services testing (APIs and integrations), intermediate-high level.
- Design and automation of unit and load tests, intermediate level.
- Experience in regression testing, intermediate level.
- Automation of integration flows, intermediate level.
- Knowledge of the banking business, particularly interbank transfer flows, intermediate level.
- Knowledge of testing processes and types (ISTQB Foundation Level and Agile Tester), intermediate level.
- Proficiency with test management tools and automation frameworks, intermediate level.
- CI/CD and pipeline management, intermediate level.
- Performance and security testing, data analytics, and shift left / shift right approaches, intermediate level.
- Tools: Jira (X-ray), Confluence, Azure DevOps, Git, SQL, Oracle, DB2, PostgreSQL, Serenity BDD, ScreenPlay, Gherkin-Cucumber, Karate, Gradle, JMeter, Appium, K6, and OWASP ZAP.
