- Soft skills: Your strong conceptual and analytical skills, as well as a quick grasp of new concepts, distinguish you. Furthermore, you are eager to actively shape processes together in interdisciplinary teams, tackle challenging projects, and lead our clients and their core business processes into the digital world.
- AI Competence: You confidently use AI tools in your field, critically evaluate the results, and support clients and adessi in leveraging AI potential.
- Language skills: Your very good German and good English skills enable you to communicate effectively.
