Job Description
Together with our clients from the insurance and financial services industry, you will shape modern document and communication processes. You will accompany projects from requirements analysis to successful implementation.
- You will analyze, structure, and document functional and technical requirements in the Enterprise Content Management environment.
- The design of modern document development and communication processes across digital and paper-based channels is your responsibility.
- You will develop concepts for the connection and integration of ECM solutions into existing processes and application systems.
- You will analyze and specify interfaces, data flows, and mappings together with the business departments.
- You will develop AI-supported solution approaches and automations, critically evaluate their added value and application limits, and derive concrete impulses from them to further develop existing processes and establish new ones.
- You will actively support the introduction and optimization of production processes for documents and communication.
- With your expertise, you will support test concepts, test execution, and test automation.
- In agile projects, you will work closely with business departments, developers, and clients.
- Through your direct client contact, you will contribute to sustainable solutions and high customer satisfaction.
Consulting means flexibility: Your project assignment depends on our clients and your project situation – you will work throughout Germany in our offices, at the client's site, and from home.
Qualifications
- You have a completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Economics, or a comparable qualification, for example in the insurance sector.
- Professional experience in Requirements Engineering, Business Analysis, or in Testing or Test Automation distinguishes you.
- You have practical experience in Enterprise Content Management, Output Management, or Customer Communication Management, as well as in the analysis and design of corresponding document and communication processes.
- You possess a high affinity for IT and an interest in document, data, and process landscapes.
- With your analytical thinking skills, you structure complex requirements and develop practical solution approaches.
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and a confident demeanor in the client environment characterize you.
- You know how to use AI tools strategically and reflectively, critically evaluate results, and effectively bring current technological developments and innovative impulses into your work, projects, and client solutions.
- Very good German skills (from C1 level) and good English skills complete your profile.
- Ideally, you have knowledge of products, processes, and workflows at insurance companies or financial service providers.
