Your main challenges (Role Objectives)
- Design and develop custom applications within the Salesforce platform.
- Maintain, optimize, and evolve existing Salesforce systems and solutions.
- Create and implement robust integrations with external systems through API and web services.
- Work collaboratively with technical and business teams to implement continuous improvements.
- Ensure best practices, code quality, and Salesforce security standards.
Requirements and Key Skills
- Development: Proficiency in Apex and connection with external API.
- Salesforce Platform: Experience with Lightning, Aura, Flows, Custom Metadata, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Data Model: Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model (objects, relationships, standard and custom fields).
- Web Technologies: Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- DevOps: Proficiency with Git, version control, and code review tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
