Who are we looking for?
Senior Salesforce Developer - Full Remote (Portugal)
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
- Lead development activities across multiple Salesforce clouds and integration points
- Translate functional requirements into technical designs and implementation plans
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps
- Support deployment, testing, and release activities across environments
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 600 man-days of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Solutions Developer (approximately 3+ years of practical delivery experience)
- Proven experience working with the following Salesforce products:
- o Education Cloud
- o Marketing Cloud
- o Service Cloud
- o Data Cloud
- o Experience Cloud
- o Agentforce
- o Analytics / Tableau
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, SOQL, and integration patterns
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, deployment strategies, and release management
- English: Fluent
Certifications (Required)
- Salesforce Platform Developer II
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
- Salesforce Certified System Architect
Nice to Have
- Experience working in enterprise or multi-org environments
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools for Salesforce
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
