Technical Skills
The professional must have previous experience as a Salesforce developer, with strong experience in Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Contact Builder, Email Studio, Mobile/WhatsApp) and Service/Core, to design and support omnichannel journeys, patient communication, and integration between service, data, and marketing. They will design and implement solutions in Salesforce Service/Core and Marketing Cloud, structuring clinical and administrative data models.
Requirements
- Previous experience with Agentforce for creating autonomous agents, conversational automations, and support for advanced bots and flows.
- Knowledge and integration with messaging systems
- Knowledge in Data Cloud for profile creation, segmentation, and activations, and Health Cloud
- Flows, Apex, validations, Lightning components, and Visualforce
- DevOps tools (Azure, Git, Copado) and via Outbound Changes.
- Experience in creating reports and dashboards (Service Cloud Analytics) to monitor channel performance, team productivity, and campaign results, providing strategic insights.
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud certification.
- Integration with REST APIs/SOAP
- SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language)
- SOSL (Salesforce Object Search Language)
