Responsibilities
- Implementation and evolution of Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
- Act in the definition of architecture, governance, and best practices for the platform.
- Conduct requirements gathering workshops with business areas.
- Translate functional and non-functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Define and implement integrations between Salesforce and corporate systems.
- Act in all phases of the project lifecycle: discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Ensure the technical quality of deliverables through code reviews, definition of standards, and environment management.
- Support development teams in solving complex problems and making technical decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Salesforce projects involving:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Financial Services Cloud
- Experience in:
- Platform governance
- Business processes
- Development
- Support and evolution of solutions
- Salesforce platform limits and capabilities
- Experience in Salesforce integrations with external systems and platforms. Strong ability to understand business demands and transform them into large-scale automation solutions.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
