These are your tasks
- Conception and technical realization of SAP HCM solutions as well as responsibility for the development of customer-specific extensions and programming
- New implementation and support of existing self-services in Fiori
- Project management and coordination of sub-projects
- Consulting and supporting our clients in the implementation and customization of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions according to their specific requirements and business processes
- Taking responsibility for quality assurance and documentation within the scope of implementing and optimizing SAP HCM solutions.
- Second and third-level support within our HCM Application Service to provide quick and efficient solutions for occurring errors
- Planning and conducting workshops, training sessions, and presentations for clients and internal teams.
- Participation in the sales cycle, in proposal preparation, and client presentations
- Active participation and knowledge sharing in CNT Competence Teams, including topics such as H4S4, Hybrid Deployments, Public and Private Cloud, Fiori, etc.
- Mentoring and coaching our Young Professionals and technical responsibility for Consultants
- Continuous development of hard and soft skills through internal and external training offers
What you should bring
- More than 4 years of experience in ABAP development in SAP HCM and knowledge of Fiori/UI5 as well as OData is desirable
- Experience in the development and implementation of SAP Self-Services in Fiori
- Completed certification or proof of comparable experience
- C_HCMP_2311 SAP HCM for SAP S/4HANA or C_THR12_2311 SAP HCM Payroll for SAP S/4HANA
- C_ABAPD Back-End Developer ABAP Cloud
- Several years of experience in project work and strong consulting expertise
- In-depth know-how in personnel-related topics and especially in HR processes
- High affinity for modern (cloud) technologies
- High flexibility and willingness to travel
- Interest in open and constructive collaboration
- Fluent German and English skills
- Knowledge or experience in other modules of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors are advantageous
