You are the technical link between business departments and external partners, with IT support. Not as moderation, but as an authority that decides how a process will look in the system.

Your Responsibilities
- You will develop and be responsible for the solution design for the implementation of the new global ERP system on S/4HANA Private Cloud.
- You analyze and evaluate complex requirements from business departments to determine how they can be mapped in the system, distinguishing between what is requested and what is needed.
- You conduct requirements workshops, take over customizing, and perform functional and integration tests.
- You lead IT projects with responsibility for scope and budget.
- You coordinate solution designs with business departments and the ERP team and create the appropriate functional tests.
- You conduct process analyses and process optimizations and develop concepts for user interaction and master data.
- You design solutions that cover national and international requirements simultaneously.
- You manage external service providers, review their results, and ensure implementation.
Your Profile
- At least five years of professional experience, including three in ERP consulting or ERP projects.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud and the ability to design processes in a way that they are implementable.
- Understanding of production processes and their mapping in SAP.
- Experience in SAP customizing and debugging, ideally also in migration or transformation projects.
- Consulting skills and a demeanor that carries weight in workshops with business management and implementation partners.
- Completed degree in IT or a comparable qualification.
- Very good German and English language skills.
