menio GmbH
Scrum Master (m/f/d)
Description
Do you have experience as a Scrum Master and want to support teams in collaborating in a structured, self-organized, and effective way in their day-to-day work? Then join menio GmbH!
As a Scrum Master (m/f/d), you will guide our teams in their daily collaboration and ensure that agile working methods do not just work on paper, but truly provide support in everyday life. You will be close to the teams, facilitate relevant formats, identify obstacles, and help develop pragmatic solutions.
We are looking for someone who has already gained practical experience as a Scrum Master and is eager to take responsibility for the concrete agile collaboration of our teams. In addition to Scrum, you are also welcome to meaningfully incorporate elements from Kanban and other agile working methods.
Your Responsibilities
- Team guidance: You will accompany our teams in their daily work and support them in applying Scrum and agile working methods in a meaningful and pragmatic way.
- Facilitation: You will plan and facilitate retrospectives, reviews, planning sessions, Daily Scrums, and other exchange formats, ensuring they lead to concrete results.
- Resolving obstacles: You will identify blockages, unclear processes, and friction, and support the team in resolving them in a structured manner.
- Continuous improvement: Together with the teams, you will gradually develop existing processes and working methods further, rather than changing processes for their own sake.
- Transparency: You will help make tasks, priorities, dependencies, and responsibilities transparent for all stakeholders.
- Agile methods: You will use Scrum confidently and supplement it where it makes sense with elements from Kanban or other agile methods.
- Jira: You will support the teams in working in a structured way with Jira and ensure that boards, tickets, and workflows meaningfully support collaboration.
What we are looking for
- You have already gained practical professional experience as a Scrum Master or in a comparable agile role and have independently guided teams.
- You are familiar with Scrum from practical application and know where clear structures help and where a pragmatic approach is more sensible.
- You have experience with Kanban or other agile methods and can apply suitable approaches depending on the situation.
- You are confident in facilitating retrospectives, reviews, planning sessions, and other team formats.
- You identify obstacles and potential for improvement and support teams in independently developing viable solutions.
- You have already worked with Jira and can confidently use boards, tickets, and workflows in your daily work.
- You can bring different perspectives together and address difficulties openly, constructively, and in a solution-oriented manner.
- You work independently, in a structured and pragmatic way, and do not need an extensive set of rules to make decisions in your daily work.
- You enjoy working closely with teams and achieving concrete improvements in day-to-day business.
- You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
What we offer you
- Flexibility: flexible working hours & remote work are a matter of course
- Part-time or full-time: We will find the right working model for you
- Free lunch: free lunch three times a week
- Team spirit: Open working culture, short decision-making paths & agile working methods
- Room for ideas: Plenty of creative freedom
- Workplace: Centrally located office in Hannover or Plauen with modern equipment
- Coffee love: Fresh fruit, excellent coffee or tea, and an individual selection of drinks at each location
- Joint events: Regular team events and excursions
- Mobility & benefits: Bike leasing, corporate benefits, and many more
- Future security: Offer and subsidy for company pension schemes – so that you are well positioned for the long term.
- Development opportunities: numerous development & training opportunities as well as international conference visits
- Top team: Good-humored & ambitious colleagues who are proud of their joint work
