Your Contribution
- You will conceptualize, develop, and operate modern web applications across our SaaS portfolio (Praxis, Agentic AI, ifap, Therafox, Intermedix, etc.) and work confidently across Frontend, Backend, and DevOps layers.
- You will integrate AI-native features and agentic experiences into our products, utilizing LLMs, retrieval, tool-use, and structured workflows to create real added value for doctors, practice teams, and patients.
- You will design, develop, and operate cloud-native services with a focus on reliability, security, and developer productivity, and continuously expand shared agents, skills, pipelines, and harnesses together with the team.
- You will work closely with Product Management, UX, Architecture, and Engineering, actively enhancing the engineering and AI engineering quality within the team and shaping best practices for agentic applications.
- You will stay close to users, understand healthcare workflows, and bring an entrepreneurial, outcome-driven mindset to feature development.
Minimum requirements
What You Bring
- Several years of senior experience in Full-Stack engineering of modern web applications with deep expertise in at least one Frontend stack (React or Angular) and one Backend stack (Java/Spring Boot or Python), ideally with end-to-end responsibility in a product context.
- Completed university degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable technical field with above-average performance.
- Solid practical experience with our core technologies such as React/Angular, Java Spring Boot, Python, C#, Kafka, Terraform, as well as cloud/DevOps environments (Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD); experience with LLM tools like Azure OpenAI, Anthropic SDK, or MCP is a strong plus.
- Proven effective use of AI in software engineering, ideally including Claude Code or comparable agentic coding tools (Agents, Skills, Workflows), as well as experience in designing AI pipelines, harnesses, and context engineering.
- Fluent German and fluent English, both written and spoken; strong problem-solving skills, innovative spirit, high proactivity, very good collaboration with Product Management, and clear alignment with our healthcare purpose and an entrepreneurial mindset.
