WHAT TO EXPECT *
- As a Senior Application Manager (m/f/d), you will be technically responsible for the functionality and operation of our applications and will drive their content and functional further development. - Active collaboration with technical application management, IT experts, and specialists from the Google Cloud platform to ensure operational excellence. *
- Gathering and analyzing business, technical, and regulatory requirements, as well as developing and implementing innovative business solutions. *
- Your expertise will be in demand for application-specific consulting of users and management regarding design and further development possibilities. *
- Your responsibilities include continuous requirements and backlog management for prioritizing and steering needs, as well as active stakeholder management. *
- Your activities also include proactive problem analysis, documentation of system errors, and efficient communication, test coordination, and management of internal and external software suppliers. *
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for system documentation, authorization concepts, and the release of system changes. *
- You will focus on designing and optimizing cross-technology and cross-project systems, platforms, and processes. *
- Your profile will be rounded off by actively shaping and continuously improving agile collaboration models within the team and in the established Transaction Reporting delivery organization.
WHAT YOU BRING *
- Degree in Business Mathematics/Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a comparable qualification *
- Several years of proven experience in managing applications and platforms in the capital markets environment *
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT technologies, processes, and external and internal guidelines *
- Experience with the introduction, management, and provider management of SaaS solutions *
- Very good knowledge of capital market products *
- Sound and confident application of requirements and backlog management methods *
- Practical experience in agile working methods as a Product Owner, Solution Engineer, or in a comparable role *
- Proficient handling of large data volumes, SQL databases, and software tools *
- Experience with modern Data Analytics tools, Generative AI platforms, and Machine Learning methods *
- In-depth knowledge of DZ BANK's IT infrastructure and system landscape *
- Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken *
- A combination of analytical strength, initiative, and a team-oriented, communicative working style, complemented by a high willingness to learn and adapt
