YOUR PROFILE
- Completed degree in Computer Science
- Extensive professional experience and demonstrable success as a ServiceNow Application Specialist / Developer in the relevant ServiceNow products
- Profound knowledge in JavaScript development with a focus on object-oriented programming, as well as a solid understanding of class structures, class inheritance, and software design principles
- Deep knowledge in the areas of troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root cause analysis
- Profound experience in the conception and implementation of integrations (REST/SOAP) for importing large amounts of data, including authentication, error handling, and data transformation
- Demonstrable in-depth experience in managing ServiceNow implementation projects and integrating external systems through various integration technologies
- Experience in agile working structures and in the implementation of agile and hybrid projects, complemented by strong teamwork skills with a focus on goals
- ITIL Foundation Level as well as a certification in project management are advantageous
