What you will help shape
In this role, you will advise on customer projects regarding the evaluation, implementation, and/or application of the SAP Data & Analytics portfolio, with potential focus areas such as SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA Cloud, Data Warehousing, Artificial Intelligence, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Business Technology Platform, and other topics.
Your responsibilities include, among others:
- Developing system/IT landscapes while incorporating customer strategy guidelines such as those of SAP
- Developing and implementing data/use-case-driven architectures based on the SAP solution portfolio in the area of analytics; specifically SAP Business Data Cloud
- Integrating non-SAP solutions
- Supporting SAP account teams (services + license) in the evaluation and sales process
- Sales-supporting activities to develop services business
Minimum requirements
What you bring
You are an enthusiastic team player who wants to help shape the future of our customers with innovations, new technologies, and interesting colleagues.
You are eager to help build a young team in Hamburg & Berlin.
You have a very good university degree in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, or mathematics, or you can demonstrate your expertise through alternative education and relevant professional experience.
Additionally, you bring:
- Expert in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning including Advanced Formulas and JavaScript, initial concrete experience with Seamless Planning
- Advanced knowledge of SAP Datasphere with a focus on data modeling and reporting including SQL and ideally Python
- Initial practical experience, or at least a conceptual understanding of the positioning of SAP Business Data Cloud in the context of planning, SAP BW modernization, and AI
- Sound knowledge of essential corporate management concepts with a focus on the finance function, but also operational areas (keyword: "extended Planning & Analytics – xP&A")
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into an end-to-end implementation using the aforementioned SAP portfolio
- At least 7 years of consulting experience in relevant projects
- Strong communication and methodological skills (clear presentation of complex issues, agile project management, workshop moderation, etc.)
- Leadership and initiative toward junior colleagues as well as for your own professional development
- German at a native level; English at a business-fluent level
